Newly elected Prime Minister of Albania has met with state honors in his first visit to Kosovo. In the main square of Pristina, "Ibrahim Rugova", was listed Guard of Honour of the Republic of Kosovo and Ceremony began with welcome by Prime Minister Hashim Thaci.
